Dear Customer,

We will be making an update to our Online Banking system this weekend, October 24th and 25th. Following the update, a small number of users may experience an issue where not all of their accounts are visible when they log in.

If you notice that one or more of your accounts are missing from your Online Banking view after the update, please contact our Customer Support team at 434-369-3000. Our team will be happy to assist you in correcting the issue.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure continued access to all of your accounts.

 
First National Bank will never ask you for any personal or business information (including account details) over the phone. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up immediately. Never share confidential information. If you are contacted by someone suspicious (or suspect any suspicious activity), please report it immediately to Customer Support at 434-369-3000 or at one of our local branches.
