AUBREY H. "TODD" HALL, III - PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & TRUST OFFICER

Mr. Hall is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation and First National Bank, a position he has held since 2011.  He joined First National Bank in 2003 and has nearly 34 years of banking experience.  Mr. Hall serves as the Chair of the Board for Bearing Insurance, LLC and serves on the boards of the Powell Foundation and the Virginia Bankers Association (“VBA”).  He is a past Chair of the board of directors of the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance and VBA Management Services, Inc.  Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lynchburg College (now the University of Lynchburg) in 1992.  He is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, where he is a prior member of the board of trustees.  Mr. Hall has a diverse background in the banking industry and strong knowledge of the banking business.  He provides keen insight into the markets served by First National Bank and carries with him the respect of the other members of management and the board of directors.


Bryan M. Lemley - Executive Vice President, Cashier & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lemley is the Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation and Executive Vice President, Cashier, and Chief Financial Officer of First National Bank.  Mr. Lemley joined the Bank in 2000 and has nearly 32 years of banking experience.  He currently serves as Treasurer for the Holy Cross Chapter of the Knights of Columbus.  He has previously served as a member of the United Way Distribution Committee and the Wildwood Area Recreation Association Board of Directors.  Mr. Lemley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Lynchburg.  He is also a graduate of the West Virginia Bankers Association School of Banking.  Mr. Lemley has a strong knowledge of internal control and risk management with his internal audit background and is well-versed in the areas of asset liability management, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.


Krystal harris - Senior Vice President & chief human resources officer

Ms. Harris joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources and became a member of the Bank’s Senior Management team in 2021.  She previously served as a Human Resources professional in the healthcare industry for 12 years.  She was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2022.  Ms. Harris is a member of the local and national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters, serves on the Virginia Bankers Association Human Resources Committee, and volunteers with the Jefferson Forest High School softball program.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from Sweet Briar College.


Michelle Gaydica - Senior Vice President & chief Operating officer

Ms. Gaydica joined the bank as Chief Operating Officer in September 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.  Her extensive background includes successful leadership in technology integration, strategic planning, operations, talent management, client experience management, and retail banking.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, as well as the North Carolina School of Banking.  Ms. Gaydica serves on the Executive Women in Banking Council at the Virginia Bankers Association and volunteers with the United Way, Crisis Control, and a local Womentoring Program.

 
 

Jennifer Edgell - Senior Vice PResident & Chief Credit Officer

Ms. Edgell joined the Bank in 2005.  With over 26 years of banking experience, she brings a diverse background to her role as Chief Credit Officer.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce & Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Alabama with a concentration in Investment Management.  Ms. Edgell is a graduate of Leadership Lynchburg 36 and served as an alumni consultant for the program.  She is a graduate of the RMA-ECU Commercial School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.


Tracie Gallahan - Senior Vice President & Chief Customer Experience Officer

Ms. Gallahan joined the bank in 2001 and has over 35 years of experience spanning lending, treasury, retail, and marketing & communications. She led the Mortgage Division before her promotion to Chief Revenue Officer in August 2022, and in January 2026, advanced to Chief Customer Experience Officer.  In this role, she oversees the bank’s end-to-end customer experience—aligning service standards, elevating the voice of the customer, and partnering across the organization to drive measurable improvements in satisfaction and loyalty.  Ms. Gallahan is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management (University of Virginia), the Graduate School of Banking (Louisiana State University), and Leadership Lynchburg (Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance).  She serves on the Board of Directors for Virginia Title Center, is a member of the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance’s Government Relations Committee, and the Virginia Bankers’ Association (VBA) Education Foundation.


Shawn Stone - Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer

Mr. Stone joined the Bank in 1995 and was promoted to Chief Lending Officer in August 2022.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Altavista Economic Development Authority and the Powell Foundation.  Mr. Stone earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University in 1993.  He is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.   Mr. Stone has over 30 years of banking experience and possesses a strong knowledge of the banking industry.


Melissa CampbelL - Senior Vice President & Chief Retail Officer

Ms. Campbell joined the Bank in 2006 and has over 35 years of banking experience.  She has held various roles within the Bank and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer in May 2023.  Ms. Campbell is a member of the Virginia Bankers Association Retail Executives Committee, the John Lynch Lodge #34 Fraternal Order of Police Associates, and the Central Virginia Crime Stoppers.
