July 30th COVID-19 Operating Update
First National Bank continues to operate with the safety of our clients, employees, and community as a top priority. Effective July 30th, lobby traffic will be directed to our 9 drive thru locations throughout the Lynchburg region.
All drive thru locations will continue to operate Monday – Thursday, 8:30 to 5:30 and on Fridays 8:30 to 6:00. Bankers at all of our branches are available by appointment for in-person and vestibule banking to complete account and loan documents. Customers are required to wear a mask during their appointment, and must complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to entry.
In addition to our 9 drive thru locations, First National Bank operates 24/7 ATMs at all of our branches. Online Banking and the First Nat Mobile App are also available to check balances, make transfers, and initiate person to person and bill payment transactions. New account documents and loan forms may be signed electronically, via DocuSign®, from the home or office.
